We can do most extractions and surgical extractions in office, including many wisdom teeth. We can also do many other oral surgery procedures such as bone grafting, alveoplasty or shaping of the bone to allow for better fitting dentures and many biopsies. We also offer socket preservations, which is bone grafting at the time of extraction. This preserves the boney ridge to allow for better tooth replacement with an implant or bridge and protects adjacent teeth from bone loss and root exposure. Severely impacted wisdom teeth, patients with major health problems and patients requiring full sedation or general anesthesia may be referred to an oral surgeon.
